If you can keep you head when others around are losing theirs…” Rudyard Kipling. It is said the eye of a storm is the calmest place to be.  Calmness is the place from which power emerges and by developing such techniques it gives courage and inner strength to enable you to have control over your emotions and not to let them get the better of you. The methods explored in this workshop will give tips on enabling you to gain control of difficult situations and face each day with confidence and professionalism.  Qualities that can only come through having a steady equilibrium.

How do we achieve and maintain this centrifugal calm?  Power through Calmness’ workshop shares various methods for developing a more centred state of being and explains the benefits as well as the power it brings!   Peace of mind is not the absence of conflict from life, but the ability to cope with it and remain calm in every situation because peace equals power
